I had an okay stay at Holiday Inn - The Niu, Square Mannheim, but there were quite a few hiccups. The room was clean and modern, but I ran into issues with the soap dispenser and my key card. The location was great, and I loved that parking was convenient. However, the staff's service was hit or miss, especially during breakfast, which felt chaotic at times.
